CJC-1295 without DAC is a synthetic 29-amino acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), structurally modified at position 2 (D-Ala substitution) and at the C-terminus (amide modification) to alter in vitro stability characteristics relative to the native GHRH sequence.
