Purchaser Agreement

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction, and qualified and knowledgeable regarding the handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials.

2. Research Use Certification

You certify that all products ordered from EverLife Research are purchased solely for lawful laboratory research purposes. Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, athletic/bodybuilding, weight-management, or self-experimentation use.

3. No Administration to Humans or Animals

You agree that products will not be administered to, consumed by, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals. You agree not to request dosage instructions, treatment protocols, medical advice, injection guidance, or any other human-use or animal-use support from EverLife Research.

4. Compliance and Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and jurisdiction-specific laws and regulations before purchasing, possessing, storing, researching, transporting, or disposing of any product. EverLife may refuse, cancel, restrict, or hold any order for review.

5. Account and Checkout Records

EverLife ordering is account-required. Checkout acknowledgements, acceptance timestamps, account ID, session ID, IP address, proxy/header details, order details, and related compliance records may be stored with the order for audit support, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.

COA and QR verification views may also be logged with timestamp, account, IP, forwarded IP, and user-agent information when available. These logs are evidence aids and do not replace checkout acknowledgements or legal obligations.

6. Product Review and COA Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing product identity, lot information, COA status, storage instructions, and applicable documentation before using a product in any research setting. COA information is provided for research identity and purity review only and does not establish safety, efficacy, dosage suitability, sterility for administration, or fitness for human or animal use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using products for human or animal consumption
• Reselling, relabeling, or redistributing products unlawfully
• Misrepresenting products as approved pharmaceuticals or supplements
• Purchasing on behalf of a prohibited person or restricted jurisdiction
• Submitting false eligibility, shipping, payment, chargeback, or compliance information

8. Order Review and Payment Acceptance

A quote, cart entry, payment request, or checkout submission is not acceptance of an order until EverLife completes its review and confirms acceptance. Payment processors, payment links, crypto checkout providers, fraud tools, and shipping carriers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

You assume all risk and liability associated with product handling, storage, research use, transportation, and disposal. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverLife Research, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse, prohibited use, violation of this Agreement, violation of law, or improper research application.

10. Continuing Effect and Contact
