Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 22, 2026
At EverLife Research, LLC, due to the sensitive nature of research materials, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated below.
1. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Products with broken seals
- Research compounds
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@everliferesearch.com. Include your order number, photos of packaging/products, and description of the issue. Approved claims may receive replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
3. Lost Packages
If tracking confirms delivery, EverLife Research, LLC is not responsible for theft, delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or carrier mishandling after confirmed delivery. If a package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
5. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where fraud is suspected, chargeback abuse occurs, or false claims are submitted.
