EverLife Research, LLC ships research products within the United States where legally permitted.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may increase during holidays, high-volume periods, or fraud verification reviews.
2. Shipping Methods
EverLife Research, LLC ships exclusively via UPS and FedEx. We do not ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once available.
3. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EverLife Research, LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses, returned shipments due to address errors, or delays caused by carrier issues. Reshipping fees may apply.
4. Signature Confirmation
Certain orders may require adult signature confirmation or additional identity verification.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain states, international destinations, or high-risk addresses.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Carrier delays are outside our control. If a shipment appears lost, contact the carrier first, then contact support@everliferesearch.com. We will assist where possible but do not guarantee replacement for carrier-related delays.
7. Weather and Temperature Disclaimer
Customers acknowledge that temperature exposure during shipping may occur. EverLife Research, LLC is not responsible for improper storage after delivery, heat exposure during transit, or degradation caused by improper handling after shipment.
8. Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by customers may be subject to restocking fees and may not qualify for refunds due to research material handling requirements.
